Wing chun kung fu

Since man's earliest history, he had to be able to protect himself and his family from all danger. This need has led through long-term and gradual evolution to the birth of martial arts. A crucial element of war until recently was melee combat. The opponents were armed with various weapons and were clad in armors to protect themselves from their enemies. In actual combat mistakes were forbidden. A wrong move or a weak attack could prove fatal. Moreover, in case someone lost his weapon or didn't have one at all, he would have to strike unarmed. So the warriors had to make their hands and feet hard in order to use them as weapons and deal maximum damage on their opponents.

Traditional Wing Chun includes a 100day training program to strengthen our unarmed strikes.
